Interview avec Olivier Roy. Les Matins /France Culture...The American Institute of Afghanistan Studies announces its second student paper competition. Undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines are invited to submit scholarly works that focus on Afghan culture, society, land, languages, health, peoples and history. Submitted papers will be judged based on the quality of scholarship, application of extant literature, and overall contribution to Afghanistan studies. Students may submit their own work directly or may be nominated by supervising faculty. Submissions must be accompanied by a separate email from the student's advisor confirming that the paper was completed as independent work while the author was a student.
